Come and enjoy my Cozy Caravan in the heart of magical Cornwall!. I own the caravan privately, and it is situated at Par Sands Holiday Park, Par, near St. Austell.
Availability and weekly prices are listed below, prices are inclusive of bedding, gas, electricity, pool and car passes, tea-towels, books, games and DVDs......and there is NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR PETS!!!.
The caravan is owned and run by myself, I take pride in cleaning it personally to ensure that it's always fresh and welcoming. It's very well equipped with oven, microwave, hairdrier, flatscreen TV with integral DVD player, pans, cutlery and crockery. There's a gas fire in the living area, and electric wall heaters in every bedroom. Bedding is included in price.
Holidays run from Saturday 2pm to Saturday 10am. The beds are aired between each booking and made up freshly for every guest. The spacious decking area is gated for privacy and security, and there is outdoor dining furniture provided.
The holiday park itself is quiet and relaxing, the sandy beach adjacent, and is surrounded by rolling countryside. There's a wildlife lake onsite, excellent local walking, and great road and rail links to the rest of Cornwall. Free wi-fi connection in leisure area of park.
